Romantic dinner at Barvikha Hotel & Spa restaurant
On February 14th the restaurant Barvikha Hotel & Spa will host a festive dinner in honor of St. Valentine's Day. A cold appetizer millefeuille with crab and green apple will be served as a compliment. Fried scallops, mashed potatoes with truffles and truffle emulsion will be offered as hot appetizer. Moreover as a main dish the chef will offer chicken ballotine with foie gras and forest mushrooms under morel sauce or trio of Chilean sea bass in asian style. At the end of the dinner a pleasant romantic compliment for two will be a raspberry dessert in the form of a heart in berry glaze with a pistachio dacquoise, a raspberry mousse with hibiscus aroma and raspberry filling with red dessert wine.
